Here is the text of two filings with the State Board of Education regarding the Rock Creek Hills Park litigation. The one dated August 16, 2011 is a short reply to the County’s Board of Education’s response to our prior answer to their answer to our May 28 complaint. The second is our motion of September 19 filing a copy of the decision by the Open Meetings Compliance Board that the County Board of Education violated the Open Meetings Act.
