The Rock Creek Hills Halloween Parade and Party is scheduled for Saturday, October 25 from 3 to 6 PM. The parade will begin promptly at 3 PM in the Silver Creek Middle School upper parking lot, followed by a neighborhood celebration on Saul Road between Old Spring and East Bexhill. (Rain date is Sunday, October 26 at noon.)
