At the November 27th RCHCA meeting at Silver Creek Middle School (beginning at 8 PM), a presentation on traffic calming measures and intersection modifications will be given by Mr. Khursheed Bilgrami, Acting Section Chief, Traffic Engineering Studies Section, Division of Traffic Engineering and Operations, Montgomery County Department of Transportation.
